A UX/UI digital product designer with 15+ years’ experience creating user-centred apps and websites, combining strong illustration, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills combined with driving business goals. I designed and simplified complex multi-product booking and loyalty flows across hotels, car hire, and experiences, integrating multiple third-party APIs (Expedia, Avis, Viator) to ensure seamless, scalable user journeys as well as building a design system to enable a white label booking platform to reskin for multiple airline partners.
