A UX/UI digital product designer with 15+ years’ experience creating user-centred apps and websites, combining strong illustration, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills combined with driving business goals. I apply critical thinking throughout the end-to-end design process, from research, insight synthesis, and ideation through to prototyping and implementation—to deliver intuitive, effective, and scalable solutions.

With the role of AI becoming more and more embedded in the design process, critical thinking and UX is key to ensure products are built for scale, are secure and are responding to the right problems cutting through the noise to deliver the right solutions.

I’m experienced in translating complex requirements into clear interfaces, interaction patterns, and illustrative systems that enhance usability and brand expression. My work spans global organisations including Avios, British Airways, Eurotunnel, and the United Nations. I also founded Pixeldrink, applying UX thinking, illustration, and design strategy to launch circular economy systems for hospitality which is constantly evolving.

Need an app website or proof of concept? Or maybe you are looking to improve the design of your digital presence. For Periphony spatial audio player I created the icon, logo and brand assets, for Avios.

I designed and simplified complex multi-product booking and loyalty flows across hotels, car hire, and experiences, integrating multiple third-party APIs (Expedia, Avis, Viator) to ensure seamless, scalable user journeys as well as building a design system to enable a white label booking platform to reskin for multiple airline partners.

Illustration and design systems:

Information architecture, UX and how a user moves through a digital space is important, but without a design system in place consistency gets lost the language of imagery plays a key part. The framework of colours, fonts and component structure reinforce brand reassurance when shaping products such as for Avios and British Airways.

Tools:

I have a strong understanding of technical fundamentals in software development and proficiency in associated toolkits such as Figma and Adobe CC as well as using agents in Antigravity, Claude to vibecode alongside Figma Make,Firefly, Chat GPT, Kling AI, Perplexity. Motion and animation tools in After effects and Lottie to add dynamic content.
