As a product designer with over 15+ experience I have an ability to see opportunities for users to discover, follow and purchase products. With strategic user centred thinking, and exceptional design craft I create engaging, frictionless experiences that deliver KPI’s, showcase complex inventory clearly and look ahead to how discovery can open up new markets and customers. I have a deep interest in UX that spans the physical with the digital space and creates deeper connections.
I focus on simplifying complex systems, such as multi-currency payments, booking flows, and large-scale content into clear, intuitive user journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
With clients across travel, loyalty, and e-commerce platforms, I have designed solutions for Avios, British Airways, Eurotunnel, and the United Nations.
Alongside client work, I have passion for environmental UX focusing on the impact of waste, by nudging users to minimise waste through design. I work with hospitality and councils to introduce zero-waste circular economy cup systems in towns and businesses.
I’ve led the design of complex, multi-product ecosystems, particularly in travel and loyalty platforms. At Avios, I redesigned and simplified booking flows across hotels, car hire, and experiences, integrating third-party APIs such as Expedia, Avis, and Viator to create seamless, scalable user journeys.
I also built and evolved a white-label design system , enabling the platform to scale consistently across multiple airline partners while supporting localisation, branding, and performance needs.


I have a strong understanding of front-end constraints and work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and efficiently implemented. I use tools like Figma to prototype, test, and communicate ideas clearly, and incorporate motion design (After Effects, Lottie) to enhance interaction and feedback within the product experience.
I also explore AI-assisted workflows to speed up ideation, prototyping, and content generation using them as tools to support design thinking, not replace it.

Rather than relying on dark patterns, I aim to create experiences where users feel confident in their choices, leading to more sustainable engagement and better overall product performance.
I’ve worked across agencies, startups, and large organisations, designing and delivering products in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This has shaped my ability to quickly understand complex problems, ask the right questions, and translate insights into clear, effective user experiences.
I focus on rapid iteration, testing ideas, building proof of concepts, and refining solutions based on real user behaviour and feedback. I also incorporate AI tools where they meaningfully accelerate exploration and prototyping, while keeping design decisions grounded in user needs and product goals.
